including information on CEU & Division recertification tracking.
It includes automatic generation of expiration warning and suspension
letters as well as OEMS documentation regarding Basic Skills and Recertification.
A Memo tool is provided for making brief, general or personalized announcements
to the staff.
• Quality Assurance and Quarterly Reporting, provides the tools
to develop a percentage-based report on all run sheets by filling in
a simple questionnaire regarding completion criteria and Performance
levels. The resulting data can be printed out automatically in the format
of the NJ OEMS MICU Quarterly Report. (This data can be exported in
any format required for different reporting needs). The data can also
be extracted and exported to a spreadsheet or charting package.
In addition we now have included thru the companion Municipalities,
etc. file the ability to load HCFA/Medicare codes and location identifiers
and produce reports by location categories of all ALS-billable patients,
along with mileage units for each patient per the latest regulations.
• NJ OEMS MICU Regulations provides you with an electronic compilation
of the regulations governing a MICU in the State of New Jersey. The
file may be searched for topical items or by regulation number to extract
immediate documentation.
• MICP Student Records, allows you to maintain records on all of
your MICP students regarding their credentials, quiz scores and skill
hours within their didactic and clinical programs. A Memo tool is provided
for making brief, general or personalized announcements.
• EMT-D/FR-D Personnel Records, allows you to maintain records
on all of the EMT-D/FR-D providers in your region, with automatic generation
of individual expiration warning and suspension.Letters as well as squad
level reports.
• EMT-D Quarterly Report provides you with a tool that allows you
to enter via a screen formatted like an EMT-D BLS Run Sheet, to complete
the Quarterly EMT-D Report, automatically. Also provided is a CQIP model
for EMT-D call analysis.
• Equipment Module provides maintenance tracking of your hard assets,
with on-screen alarms for action items. A companion Inventory Module
assists with tracking incoming inventory and the associated costs.
• Vehicle Service and Vehicle History Modules provide tools for
maintenance history and vehicle down-time logging, as well as cost analysis.
